Notwithstanding this paragraph, a Contracting Party may at any time consult the EEA Joint Committee on the matter in accordance with Articles 5 or 111 of the EEA Agreement. as regards the EFTA States by the EFTA Surveillance Authority, in accordance with the rules of an Agreement between the EFTA States establishing the EFTA Surveillance Authority responsible for the powers and tasks defined in Protocol 26. Without prejudice to Article 11, those agreements shall not affect Community provisions on the communication of information between the competent services of the European Commission and the customs authorities of the Member States concerning all information obtained in the customs field which may be of Community interest.
